Help

Are you bringing out new features to the card?

Yes, we are always working on new things to add.

How much do Candy Cards cost?

Candy Cards start from £12, but look out for discounts across the site

I'm having technical issues. What do I do?

If you are using your phone, try placing your order on a desktop computer or laptop, this should resolve the issue. If you are still having issues, email us at hello@candymechanics.com

Orders

Can I change my design once I've placed my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your design once the order has been placed.

I haven't received an email confirming my order. Will I get one?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order (and also a shipping confirmation once your order gets dispatched). Check your spam or junk folders to make sure it hasn't slipped in there. If still not received then get in touch with us and we'll sort that out for you.

I accidentally left the billing address the same as the delivery address. What now?

We only require this for payment processing, we don't actually store billing information so we can't update it. This won't affect the delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Since our products are completely personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Shipping

Will any information about the price of Candy Mechanics products be sent with my order?

How long will it take to be delivered?

Orders are generally produced and shipped within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays). From there the delivery estimates are as follows: UK - 1 to 3 days. Orders are sent Royal Mail first class. 90% arrive next day.

Where do you ship to?

No. Our Candy Cards fit directly through the letterbox. Lolpops are a tiny bit bigger but we'll always ask the Postman to leave it with a neighbour if you are out.
